The OnStar team launched its “Respect the Amazing” campaign towards the end of summer of last year. It consisted of web videos, radio, online media, print, social media and a website homepage redo. The work was designed to communicate a fresh look at OnStar and it’s technology. It highlighted services such as RemoteLink (OnStar’s app), Automatic Crash Response, Stolen Vehicle Assistance and Vehicle Diagnostics. You’ll also notice a closer connection to the Chevrolet brand than usual, identifying OnStar compatible vehicles including the Malibu, Impala and Silverado. My particular role in this campaign was digital (website, online media and social). The new site combines OnStar stories, services and pre-retail for new and existing customers.
